At Muckel Anderson CPAs, we know that happy employees equal happy clients. That’s why we offer more benefits for our full-time employees:

PAID TIME OFF (PTO) – Staff members enjoy four weeks of paid time off during the first year of employment, increasing to five weeks after five years of employment.

FLEX SCHEDULE – We offer a flex program that allows for alternative work schedules. We believe in a work-life balance and work with you to develop a schedule that meets both your needs and the Firm’s.

HOLIDAYS – In addition to paid time off, we offer at least ten days of paid holidays to all employees.

401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN – You may defer, on a pretax basis up to IRS limitations. Muckel Anderson CPAs will make a minimum match of 3% that will be 100% vested.

HEALTH, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE – The Firm pays 100% of the premium of health, dental and vision insurance for our employees. Spouse and dependent coverage is available.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING PLAN – We have a flexible benefits program, which allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain medical and dependent care expenses.

LIFE AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE – The firm provides, at no cost to you, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. In addition, we provide a group life insurance plan, and the Firm will pay 100% of the coverage premium.

CPA CERTIFICATION REIMBURSEMENT – We offer staff members a CPA certification reimbursement that pays the exam fees and ethics exam fees. In addition, we offer staff members the opportunity to earn a $2,000 bonus for passing the exam within 12 months of their full-time employment start date. The Firm also provides you with 16 hours of paid time off to be used for CPA study/exam time. This is a one-time allotment that is in addition to your PTO time.

PROFESSIONAL FEES - The Firm pays all applicable professional fees, licensure and continuing education costs associated with your employment.

REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM – You will receive 10% of annual net collections of all new clients in which you provide a lead.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT – Muckel Anderson’s commitment to furthering your education is enhanced by our tuition reimbursement program. Upon prior approval and receipt of a "B" or better grade in each class, the firm will reimburse your tuition costs.

PAID PARKING – We provide 100% of your parking in our office building.

UNITED FEDERAL CREDIT UNION PARTNERSHIP – We have entered into a partnership with United Federal Credit Union whereby individuals that work for the firm can join the credit union.

AFLAC – The firm offers employees the opportunity to purchase supplemental insurance benefits from AFLAC, paid for by you, post-tax. Several optional coverages are available such as cancer coverage, accident/disability, short-term disability, and several others.
